Our customers are always asking us what makes our pizza so great. The difference is in the details. We start with making our dough fresh daily using only high gluten flour and no preservatives. We hand toss each pizza per order to ensure freshness so no machine presses or conveyor belts touch your pizza. Our pizza sauce starts with using only imported Italian Pear tomatoes. The unique flavor that an Italian Pear tomato imparts can only be achieved in the volcanic rich soil of Italy. We then blend our Italian Pear tomatoes with fresh basil and seasonings to create our signature sauce.
Our Whole Milk mozzarella cheese is ground daily to ensure maximum freshness and flavor. We finish off the pizza with only the freshest toppings that are sliced throughout the day. With over 30 toppings to choose from, including all of our hand sliced vegetables to our homemade all-beef meatballs, you will not find fresher ingredients.
Finally we cook each pizza in a high temperature oven on a thick clay pizza slab. This ensures the crust is crispy and evenly cooked. The final step is sprinkling our romano cheese blend on top and your Barducci's pizza is ready!
